Shipping Information
All orders ship from our Concord, ON warehouse. We ship internationally, only to confirmed international addresses.
We ship via UPS, FedEx, Canada Post and whenever possible via Local Courier for select orders. Larger orders may be shipped via LTL.
Orders generally ship within 1-2 business days after receipt of payment.
Shipping options and delivery times
Standard Shipping: 3 to 5 Business Days
Expedited Shipping: 2 to 3 Business Days
Next Day Shipping: 1 Business Day (in order to receive packages next day, orders must be placed prior to the Shipping cut-off time)
GTA Next Day Shipping: 1 Business Day (Only applicable for Greater Toronto Area, please see details outlined below)

Free Shipping
Free shipping is valid on most orders $199.99 and over before tax and under 50 lbs combined in Canada and the Lower 48 States. The excluded products usually are the overweight, large sized items. Free shipping must be selected as the shipping method upon checkout.
International Shipping Outside of Canada or USA
Solo Guitars offers International Shipping.
There is a flat rate applied upon checkout when the respective country is selected.
If your country is not on the checkout page, shipment quotes are still available upon request.
We will need the Solo Product SKU number, and your full address to generate a proper quote.

Duties and Taxes
Shipment into the USA is duty free up to a value of $800usd, any shipments over that amount is up to the responsibility of the receiver.
For countries outside of USA or Canada duties and other fees may be applicable, please contact your local government office.
Solo Guitars is not responsible for any additional or extraneous charges.
Shipping Cut-Off Time
Shipping cut-off time is Monday-Friday by 10:00 a.m. EST. Orders that are received after the cut-off time will be shipped out the next business day.
SOLO Guitars strives to meet delivery or shipment cut-off times. But please note that delivery dates and/or shipment dates with any order are estimates only, and do not represent fixed or guaranteed delivery or shipment cut-off times.
Remote Locations / Beyond Point
Remote locations, some rural addresses and areas deemed “Beyond Point” are subject to a surcharge. If this is the case you will be notified before your order is processed.
Solo Guitars may cancel your order at any time without notice. Solo Guitars reserves the right to select shipping method for all orders.
